It’s so easy to think that meditation needs to be difficult and that there’s no time to do it.. I know, I’ve been there. I KNEW it was something I wanted/needed in my life but every time I sat down to attempt a session my brain went rogue: Grocery list, bills due, client meetings, arguments with hubby, what do I want for lunch, did I remember to feed the fish… allllll came rushing in demanding attention.
This chick felt like a FAILURE.
It seemed like the path to finding more peace within myself was more frustrating than zen.
After I finally realized mediation was a muscle that had to be strengthened I gave myself enough grace and TIME to learn the new skill that would ultimately help me “go within” and learn how to love & heal myself, profoundly transforming my life, my relationships and my business.

SO many times I’ve been asked “How do I start meditating?” “How can I make it work for me?” “Where do I start?” “What if I can’t quiet my mind?” “Do I have to close my eyes?”
I realized there is a HUGE need to guide but I also realized it’s not something that can be conquered in one tidy conversation. Beginning your meditation practice is a journey, it will serve you for the rest of your life. I honestly believe it’s one of the most empowering things you can ever do for yourself.
