Manifesting With A Vision Board

One thing that's extremely powerful when it comes to manifesting is - Vision Boards. But, a lot of people get stuck in the spiral of collecting the most beautiful pictures, finding that perfect picture of their dream vacation or the beautiful home office... clipping all the pretty quotes instead of focusing on the FEELING of what they want to accomplish.

It's not the vision board that helps you achieve your dreams BUT the clear vision + alignment you feel that turns the vision into a reality.

So how do you make a vision board that works?

1. Start by setting your intentions & getting specific

+ What do you need? Don't just say abundance or extra money or pay my bills. Get specific - How much money? What's the $$ amount of bills you want to pay?

+ How will you feel when these visions turn into a reality?

2. Create a sacred space

Find a space that's big enough for you to work & hold your supplies to make your vision board. You can add things like - crystals, incense, play some music in the background etc. anything that brings out the feelings & help you tap into your vision & get aligned with what you want.

3. Find words & images that resonate with your intentions -

Vision board is about finding images that resonate with what you want to accomplish, how you want to feel & what makes you feel aligned with your goals. If it's a pretty picture that you are attracted to that makes you feel aligned with that particular goal, use it. If it's a quote - use that! Find whatever your soul resonates with. If you can't find anything, get creative & draw it out on a colorful piece of paper or print it out from the web.

Example - If you are setting the intention of wellness & getting healthy, you can browse for pictures that spark those feelings in you. If there's something that makes you feel like you can't get there, maybe it makes you focus on what you aren’t YET, don't put them on your vision board. It's not the kind of feelings you want to go for.

4. Put your vision board somewhere you can see it constantly

Put your vision board somewhere you can see daily & that sets as a daily reminder of the feelings, desires & goals you are working towards. Look at the board often (when you get up, before you sleep & anytime you get in between) and connect with the feelings you felt when you created the board. You can even click a picture & put it on your phone to look at whenever you feel like.

5. Take Action

Start taking aligned/ inspired action towards your goal RIGHT NOW. Start being grateful for the opportunities that come along your way to support your goal & help you turn it into a reality. Focus less on "how" you'll achieve the goals & more on the feeling of - gratitude & how you'll feel once your goal has been accomplished.

6. Don't let resistance STOP you

As you start working on your goals, you'll feel resistance, limiting beliefs or old values sabotaging your progress from time to time. Don't let that stop you. Take out your journal & ask yourself why you are feeling resistant, what's the limiting belief that's stopping you & how you can overcome it?

7. Repeat!

Accomplish your goals, celebrate & repeat the process to create another vision board.

Remember, a successful vision board always starts with POWERFUL INTENTIONS.

5 Steps to Goal Setting

It’s that time of year: we’re claiming goals, setting intentions, making big plans for 2019. I'm going to share some powerful secrets to help you actually STICK WITH your goals this year. No more “Failure February”, babe.

Are you sick and tired of fizzing out by mid January?

It's frustrating, am I right? We beat up on ourselves for missing the mark, but maybe it’s not our fault.

From business to wellness, relationships and financial …. there are so many goals we set for ourselves because we deserve MORE. But year after year, we find ourselves struggling and falling short. So let's get real on what you need to do to actually live your best life. Warning: This is not going to be your cookie cutter BS, it's time we got real on what WORKS.

Frustrated: Been there, done that. Finally, last year, I had the ah-a moment that evolved throughout the year into a movement. I FINALLY found myself achieving the goals I had in my business, my wellness and even in my relationships.  

These are 5 truths I KNOW (if you put into ACTION) are going to blow your damn mind.

  • Knowing your WHY

Simon Sinek says - “Our actions should start with WHY not WHAT”. Knowing your WHY is essential. Your “WHY” is more powerful than your “what”. Many times we fail setting goals because we actually set a ‘what’. So if I asked you - What are your resolutions for 2019?

Maybe your answer is “to lose 10 pounds”. That’s a WHAT and that has very little power.  Your WHY is where your strength waits. Using health as an example - if your goal/resolution is to lose weight, let's rework that to make it more powerful.

What does that transformation do for you? What is the emotion behind it? To reclaim your power or to get the spark back into your life? Maybe you want to get healthy to inspire/show loved ones it’s possible for them too. That WHY is your resolution. Take it from the ‘what’ - into the ‘why’.

Here are 4 steps we are going to use - the 4 Ws for successful Goal Setting -

1. What are you going to do to achieve your goals? - Whatever that WHY is or that change is, ask yourself - What will you do to achieve it?

2. When will you do it? - When will you do those action steps to achieve your goal?

3. Where will this take place? Where will you show up?

4. With who?  - Are you going to do it by yourself or are you going to do it with your partner or bff?

Here's an example of taking it out from what-ville into the powerful WHY using the 4 Ws.

Goal - If you what is to lose 50 pounds, to get in shape this year or if you want to get into size X jeans.

Reword it using the 4 Ws - Improved Goal - “I'm going to jog around the neighborhood at least 3 mornings a week with my neighbor.”

Which one feels more actionable or powerful? Which one holds more accountability for you every single day?

Because, on a Tuesday, when you are tired and unmotivated your why of “I want to lose 50 pounds this year”, has no urgency ... you have a whole YEAR to lose 50 pounds and not showing up today doesn’t seem like a big deal. But when you  strengthen your goal with your 4 Ws - “ I'm going to jog around the neighborhood, 3 mornings a week with my neighbor”  ..  and it's Tuesday + it's one of the 3 mornings + you've got a commitment with your neighbor, do you think your odds of showing up will MUCH higher?

  • Take Charge

This is something that you may be struggling with; I know I did. Goals with steps that actually let you HAVE control vs. outcomes that you possibly can't control. Think about it, how many times do you set a goal that you have no control over? I want you to set your resolutions with steps that let you have control. Stop setting you up for failure.

Going back to the weightloss example ...if your resolution is to lose 50 pounds this year - you may not have total control over it.

You can do everything right, you can show up for yourself, eat the right things and do all the workouts, but you still don't have total control. Our bodies have a mind of their own, so many things impact us - stress, sleep, hormones, your body genetics: you don't have all the control.

But you know what you DO have control over? Rewording that goal to “I'm going to walk 5 times a week and switch to healthier snacks and veggies.”.Every single day you can be a success, it's something you have control over, something that makes you successful very single day which in turn makes you more powerful.

It works the same in your business. So let's say you've set a goal - “I'm going to rank up this month” or “I'm going to hit a certain $$ or earn an incentive or a free trip this month”. Ultimately, even though you have 90% control over that, because you are a part of an organization, a team or a partnership, you don't have 100% control in most cases because there are a lot of moving pieces. So a more actionable goal that you actually have control over will be “I'm going to help 5 people in MY team achieve their goals.”  As you know success trickles up .. we can control helping others and helping others gets us where we want.

  • Try the trifacta

Research has shown that you are 43% more likely to be successful by doing these 3 steps consistently.

  • writing down your goals

  • committing to a plan of action

  • regularly sharing your progress with someone.

Doing these 3 things together is going to increase your chances of success. As you put these into motion you’ll begin to see “extra benefits” you weren’t even planning on. It’s called the Halo effect.

Halo effect Example- if your goal was to level up in your biz and you created your action plan with your 4 w’s..  instead of focusing on “ranking up” you’d changed it to - “My goal this year is to help 5 people achieve their goals this month”. Beautiful things are going to happen around you. You’re going to increase and grow relationships with those people and your team, you are going to find support that you didn't know you had, personal momentum and success are going to start pouring into you. What you put out, you get back. Your own success, income etc. will start growing,  which will make you more confident... and so in and so on.

  • Think WWASD - What would a Sloth Do?

If you can put yourself into that mindset when you are setting action steps for your goals you are going to be so much more successful.  Find the path of least resistance which will make doing the RIGHT thing the EASY thing. Doesn't that make so much sense with your own goals?

So when setting your wellness or fitness goal which action steps make more sense for your success -

  • Joining the expensive fancy gym that's 20 miles away and has all the bells and the whistles?

  • OR joining the plain Jane gym right down the road from your home … the one you pass every time you go anywhere?

Which one is going to be the most clear path to success for you? Which one do you think you are going to show up for more?

Even though the first one is fancy, instagram worthy and has all the facilities, what's it going to do for your health when you start getting tired of the drive, when you start putting up some resistance and have every excuse not to battle traffic to get there? The plane jane gym right there in your neighborhood is going to be the path of least resistance every single time.

Same thing with your business; so think 'What would a Sloth Do' and pick the path of least resistance & do it.

So if you want to level up in your biz & you hateeee doing live videos, will setting a goal of Doing Live videos every single day do any good for you? Would that be the path of least resistance or will that be an excuse for not showing up everyday? Maybe setting the goal to do one live a week will get you better results.

Always think what would a sloth do because getting to sure success is better than a 50-50 chance of shots fired & missed.

  • Fail Forward Queen aka Getting comfortable with failure

"God! I've failed so many times!". I used to use it as negative and beat up myself until finally something shifted and I realized (insert positive tone) "I have failed so many times!"  

If I wasn't moving forward or making changes I wouldn't have failed at all. You have to get really comfortable with failure this year. Yes, I'm telling you 2019 needs to be your year of failure!  Coming from the #FailForwardQueen, let me tell you, when you’re racking up failures and you are celebrating them: that means you are making changes. If you aren’t experiencing ANY  failures  I'm going to call you out and tell you that's not something to celebrate. If your failure mark is truly zero that means you are not changing, moving, growing, pushing and definitely NOT hitting goals.  Because there's no one alive on the face of this earth who's win-loss column is completely in the success. It's just not possible so get so comfortable with failure that you celebrate them.


These 5 tips are going to actually give you a REAL fighting chance at making these resolutions stick this time and getting into success. A lot of people are sharing tips and doing things by the book - setting goals, intentions & writing them down etc. - but if you don't know the strength/gameplan behind doing them then you are going to have another year of status quo.

How To Make Manifesting A Part Of Your Daily Routine?

There has been a lot of talk around law of attraction more so than ever since people watched & read The Secret.

But what is Law Of Attraction?

Simply put, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on.

So, how does one apply the law of attraction? How can you attract what you want in your lives?

The answer is simple - Gratitude + Bliss aka improving your mindset.

Without being grateful for what you have, you can not attract anything in your life. And without having the right mindset - to stay positive, think happy thoughts & be grateful - you'll be doom and gloom you will remain under that cloud.

Here are some ways you can start leveraging the Law Of Attraction and make manifesting a part of your daily routine!

1) Make a list of all the things which make you completely happy.  Then go out and do it. See if you can fill an entire week of your free time with activities that are fun and emotionally rewarding to you.  

2) Get a journal   Every morning when you wake up, or every night before bed write out your feels about the way you plan to, or spent your day.  Make a point to express how you feel. Your feelings are extremely important because they inform the law of attraction as to your present vibration.

3) Each day search out activities that you may have wished to try but never got around to doing them.  The more new and fun activities that you engage in the more expanded you will feel.  You will naturally move into a higher more enlightened state. New activities open up your inner being much more than activities that you have become too familiar with.  When you are in a new environment you easily move into a more aware and open state.

Before you know it, you will be a change in your own personal energy.  Then you can begin to think more about what you would like to manifest in your life.  Be clear about your desire and allow the law of attraction to go to work to do wonders in bringing about your desires.  

To get the most benefits from the law of attraction, remember to do your best to stay in a state of joy and openness.  As you go through your daily activities you may not even be aware of it but you can easily shut down. Your old routine will easily hold on to old thought patterns--shake up your routine when possible and practice mindfulness and awareness to increase your manifesting powers!

We've talked about the many benefits and types of meditation. I'm hoping you're onboard with the idea of trying it out for yourself now, but I can absolutely understand if you're still feeling a bit confused as to how to get started. Fortunately, there are a lot of resources to help you do just that. The ability to combine modern technology with the ancient art of meditation is exciting, and today you can use your smartphone or other electronic devices to making finding time to meditate a cinch. There are some incredibly useful apps on the market for both Apple and Android devices that encompass the gamut when it comes to meditational approaches. Keep reading to learn about using apps to meditate more and to help you cultivate a practice that fits your lifestyle.

💖 Calm

This app is great because it offers you programs you can customize by goal and time limit. Choose a three-minute session if you're in a hurry or go for 25 minutes when you want a more in-depth experience. There are also meditations geared toward particular issues like gratitude, sleep or anxiety. You get the first seven days free, and there are monthly or yearly subscriptions from which to choose after that. It's available on iPhone, iPad and Android.

💖 10% Happier

Another subscription-based app to consider is 10% Happier. You do get eight free sessions to try it out, though. This one gives you guided meditations led by some well-known names in the field of mindfulness. Guided meditations help you to stay on track on your topic of choice. This app gives you a wide variety of subject choices, including one as specific as political stress. Choose the app for your device. Android, iPad and iPhone are all options.

💖 OMG! I Can Meditate

Not only do I like the name of this one, but its content choices are incredibly varied. There's something for every need here. You can find a meditation session to help you lose weight, deal with the stress of chemotherapy and more. Check it out for iPhone, Android and iPad at an affordable monthly cost.

💖Aura: Mindfulness Daily

If you think there's no time for meditating in your life, the Aura app is the choice for you. The three-minute micro-meditations geared toward lots of topics are just right for the spiritualist on-the-go. There's even a quickie 30-second breathing exercise meant to quickly tackle your anxiety. There are both free and subscription options with really cool features like mood tracking and gratitude reflections. Give it a go from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

💖Insight Timer

If you're looking for a comprehensive meditation app that's totally free, Insight Timer should be your go-to. There are 3,500 free guided meditations and helpful options like calming sounds. It's great for when you need help falling asleep or just gaining a sense of calm. What's really great about this one is the ability to choose session lengths anywhere from five minutes all the way up to an hour.

There are lots more apps you can choose, but these are some popular ones with a vast number of features and subscription options. There's nothing that should be holding you back from getting started with meditation now.
 

Mindset Is Everything

When you think about the women you look up to the most in your life and in business, what comes to mind?

Charisma, experience, and expertise are usually at the top of the list, but would it surprise you to know that those are not the most important characteristics?

In fact, while those things do make a difference,  there’s one thing that is absolutely a game changer, and you can’t even see it.

Mindset.

It’s true. In everything you do, whether in business or in life, your mindset is the determining factor when it comes to your success and life. Without the right mindset, you will forever be attracting + working the wrong people, situations and even clients!

So if you’re really ready to manifest the life you WANT and DESERVE, you have to do some internal work. It’s time to make some changes to your own mindset.

Changing Your Attitude

One thing charismatic and personable people have in common is a good attitude. Think about it; you’ll probably never see these women you admire complaining about how the kids are sick, “again!” or that the cable repair guy is 40 minutes late, or even that the car blew a tire.

Instead, you see their expressions of gratitude in everything. If the kids are sick, they’re grateful to have a business that allows them to stay home and play nurse. If the cable guy is late, they’re grateful to have 40 extra minutes to read a book instead of watch television. And if the car died in the middle of running a week’s worth of errands, they’re happy to have found a mechanic who does great work at a reasonable price.

If you find yourself complaining—even in your head—turn your attitude around. There’s nearly always something to be grateful for, even in the worst situations. And when you can rethink and revise your attitude for the better, you’ll not only be happier, but you’ll start to attract what you actually WANT and love!

Growing Your Confidence

Here’s another thing these women you admire have in common: confidence. They believe in what they do. They believe in their ability to help others achieve the same thing. They walk with confidence filled with the knowledge that what they are about to say will change the lives of those who are listening. They don’t question or dislike who they are.

It’s not cocky or arrogant, it’s just confidence. And if you don’t have it yet, you can take steps to increase it.

Start by asking yourself, in any new or uncomfortable situation, “What’s the worst that could happen?”

Of those worst-case scenarios, look at what you have control over, and let the rest go!

So if you’ve agreed to speak in front of a small group of business owners, and your fear is that you’ll flub your speech, practicing beforehand will greatly improve your confidence.

Next, get inside the head of someone who is confident in what you’re about to do. Walk onto that stage as if you’ve been doing it for years, and not only will you feel more confident, but you’ll be more confident. You can use the “as if” attitude in everything from creating a new product to closing a sale. Whenever you feel your confidence failing, just remember to act as if you’ve done this successfully hundreds of times.

Just like how the person you’re talking to on the phone can hear a smile in your voice, and you can feel when someone in a bad mood enters the room --those around you (and the universe) can sense your mindset and respond accordingly!

Daily Habits For A Magical Morning

Everyone experiences a stressful morning occasionally. It might be that your alarm clock didn’t ring or your car wouldn’t start. Maybe you forgot the report you needed at the house or you left your grocery list on the kitchen counter.

If your mornings always feel stressful, then it’s a sign something needs to change. The good news is most morning stress can be eliminated by creating new habits. It can take a while for a habit to become routine but once it does, your morning will be so much smoother.

Here’s how you can reclaim your mornings:

💓 Prepare the night before.
A lot of morning stress can be eliminated by preparing for the morning in advance. Choose your clothes the night before so you already know what you’re going to wear. Pack your lunch and leave it in the fridge so you only have to grab it as you head out.

 💓Skip the news.
Thanks to smartphones and tablets, you can now check the news without ever having to leave the comfort of your bed. But reading or viewing the latest new stories can cause you to experience anxiety and discouragement. Instead of looking forward to a new day, you feel overwhelmed and fearful.

This doesn’t mean you have to avoid the news all day. Staying connected to what’s happening around you is important. But pick and choose what types of news you really need to hear first thing in the morning. For example, you could look over the entertainment news or sport scores but choose to skip the main headlines until later.

💓 Play positive tunes.
Create a morning playlist of music that makes you feel encouraged and play it as you’re starting your day. This will help you wake up and make it easier for you to focus on the positive. Music can also boost your productivity and creativity.

💓 Don’t check your email or social media.
Most people experience their highest energy levels after waking up. Yet the first thing you may be tempted to do is check your email and social media networks. The problem with this is your inbox and networks are often filled with “urgent” messages. These urgent messages quickly crowd out the important tasks you need to get done today. The next thing you know its noon and all you’ve accomplished is answering your email and checking social media.

To prevent this, don’t check your email or social networks until later. After an hour or two of working, take a break to check your messages. Since you’ve already tackled the important tasks today, you can devote as much energy as needed to the urgent tasks you ignored earlier.

Morning stress can be a sign that it’s time to step back and evaluate your routines. Look at what’s causing you the most stress and seek simple solutions to fix them. By doing this, you can change your mornings from stressful to delightful!

How to Manifest What You Really Want In Life?

When you first hear about manifesting or the Law of Attraction you think “cool, I just have to visualize living in a mansion, driving a Benz, owning a jet and marrying a model etc”. and then just sit back and wait on it all to show up.

But it doesn’t work quite like that!

Here’s why-- every thought is creative - not just the good ones!

If you visualize the life of your dreams for just 60 seconds you begin to manifest it. This is totally true. "Well", you may say, "I have imagined living my dream life for a lot longer than 60 seconds. In fact, I have dreamt about it all my life sometimes spending hours lost in my fantasy and it still hasn't come true".  And I ask them, how much time did you spend feeling and focusing on the lack of having these things? Remember, Every Thought Is Creative!

Spending time visualizing your ideal life is great but do you maintain those thoughts throughout the rest of your day. Or, do you go around complaining about how bad things are?

My guess is, if you don't have the life of your dreams, then you do the second one! These negative thoughts are also creative and are much more abundant in the majority of people. If the thoughts are backed with high emotion then they manifest even faster! You literally cancel out the good work you have done in your visualization. You are storing up great things for yourself but through your dominant negative thinking, you are keeping them away from you!

Now, don't get me wrong, visualization is an extremely powerful tool that can and will totally transform your life, but only when you use it in accordance with the Law. The Law of Attraction always works. It never sleeps and it never fails. It is an unbending Universal Principle. Every thought is creative. Every single one. Therefore you need to change your dominant mental patterns before you can see any real tangible results from consciously trying to use this law.

So how do we do that?

By changing your focus. You must change the way you view your world. See the world as a nasty, unforgiving, greedy, violent place and that is what you will attract more of. Begin to look for the beauty that is around you. Look for the abundance even if you are not fully experiencing it in your own life right now. Look for the things you want. Try to notice all the people who are currently enjoying the life you want to live and rejoice in their good fortune.

So how do we do that?

Simple! You get into a place of gratitude for what you already have.

What you focus on you get more of and what you place your attention on expands! By being grateful for what is in your life at the moment you put our attention on what you like and you get more of it. By feeling good about areas of your life that are working you are sending out very positive thoughts that the Law of Attraction immediately begins to manifest. What you focus on you get more of and what you place your attention on expands!!!

Are you starting to see the power of gratitude and how it can work wonders?

If, on the other hand, you allow your attention and focus to center around the things that are not working in your life then they will expand and you will get more of what you don't want. Think about this seriously. Give it some real thought. Can you identify areas in your life where this has happened or is continuing to happen now? The sayings in our everyday language sum up this Universal Law, "it never rains but it pours", "when something goes wrong, everything goes wrong", "Murphy's law at work again" etc.  

If you find yourself getting jealous over another person's good fortune then you are actually affirming that you don't have what they do and focusing your attention on your own lack! However, by having gratitude for what you do have and celebrating another's good fortune you are actually focusing your attention on what you do want and ..... What you focus on you get more of and what you place your attention on expands!

So be grateful for what you do have. Be happy for another person's success. Show gratitude all the time and your focus will be on the positive and your attention will be placed on what you want. Your attitude will change when your attention is squarely placed on the things in life that you want and you do this through gratitude. So to keep you on track and in an attitude of gratitude always remember these two aspects of the law.

If a thought is maintained for just 60 seconds the Law of Attraction immediately begins to manifest it. What you focus on you get more of and what your attention rests on expands!

Gratitude Is The Attitude To Have

Real talk - You are using the law of attraction in your business every single day. Believe it or not.

The Law Of Attraction is a universal law, just like the law of gravity. You don’t walk out of your house and doubt that your feet will remain firmly planted on the ground. Am I right?

If you’re struggling to attract clients into your business, struggling financially, losing the joy in your day, comparing other’s success to your lack… It’s tough love time:

That’s all on you, babe. Those are the kind of vibrations you are putting out into the Universe and they are exactly what’s coming back to you. Your thoughts become vibes become manifestations in your reality.

The struggle is there because, even though, you may be doing the physical steps of writing your goals down, reading them everyday, maybe even writing affirmations... DOING (keyword here, doing...) whatever it takes to make it happen, internally you’re vibing on scarcity: feeling/vibing like crap.

To change your reality you have to change your mindset and the fastest way to elevate your vibe drastically is ‘active gratitude’.

The Universe doesn’t read what you’re writing on paper like a wish list, it CONNECTS with your vibrations and gives you whatever your focusing/feeling on. Abundance or struggle, positive or negative, The Universe doesn’t differentiate.

So, if your vibrations are low, guess what? You are going to attract more of all those struggles you don’t want into your life.

Ready to become an expert at using the law of attraction to expand your life?

Get ACTIVELY grateful!

2 simple steps: begin your day in gratitude and end your day with gratitude.

Wake up every morning and express sincere gratitude for what you HAVE, no matter how much or how little.

I suggest looking for 5 things within the first 10 minutes of waking that you can express gratitude for. After each thing/person, you name say “Thank you!” 3 times. I found that by saying my gratitude three times, my creative energy and enthusiasm increased. I immediately felt happier, vibed higher.  When you create, you need that strong positive energy to move the manifestation forward.

From your spouse to your favorite hair dryer, to a sunny sky. Looking to attract more money? Be grateful for that $10 in your bank account instead of worrying about it.

When you are ACTIVELY grateful for all that you have, you constantly attract more of the things you love into your life.

Every night, just before you drift off to sleep mentally list 10 things you’re grateful for that happened during the day.

Again, repeating “Thank you” 3 times after each thing. Instead of falling asleep to worry and stresses you fall asleep to the high vibe of abundance and that is extremely powerful.

New Moon Manifesting : How To Manifest Your Dreams

The new moon symbolizes new beginnings and a fresh start, making it the ideal time to make wishes, set new intentions, and plant new seeds. Watch them bloom and grow throughout the remainder of the moon's cycle.

Not only are we building to a new moon on Saturday, but it also happens to be a supermoon.

It's believed that, when the moon is "super," its spiritual effects grow stronger.

New moon + supermoon = relaxing, recharging & especially restorative. 

For some, it could feel like the start of a new chapter.

The four main moon phases in order are the 🌑new moon, 🌓first quarter moon, 🌕full moon, and 🌔last quarter moon. The new moon is recognizable because the moon is completely dark with zero-percent luminosity. This month's new moon falls on Saturday, August 11, and it just so happens to also be a partial solar eclipse. 

A solar eclipse amplifies the energy of the new moon and can usher in a radical changes to enable a new beginning. 

This is super new moon is a super powerful time for setting intentions.

New Moon Manifesting Ritual 

Supplies: silver marker, blue pen, download and print my complete new moon manifesting worksheet + guide. 

1. On the new moon, grab your new moon worksheet, silver pen, blue pen and find a comfortable environment outside where you can sit. 
2. With your silver pan, go over the outline of the circle and the four moons on your sheet.
3. With your blue pen right up to 10 wishes inside the circle. Start with ”Dear ___________” (whatever fits your belief.) Then list your wishes. It’s very important to write your wishes within 24 hours of the specific time that the new moon starts.
4. Add your signature and date at the bottom of the sheet.
5. Say “thank you” out loud three times to emphasize that what you’re asking for already exists in the universe.
6. Fold your new moon wish sheet in half and then half a second time.
7. Place your sheet in an area where it can remain undisturbed until the full moon.
8. Meditate, focus, or spend intentional time on your moon wishes daily paying attention to the small bumps in the edges that the universe will send with divine inspiration for action.
9. Under the full moon open your moon sheet and burn it carefully with the candle releasing your intention to the universe.
